Professor Dr. Jagat P Deep is an experienced and extensively qualified - certified fertility specialist and Gynae- Laparoscopic Surgeon. Prof. Deep has overall 16 years of experience as medical doctor and more than 10 years of expert experience as infertility specialty.

Prof. Dr. Jagat P Deep did his MBBS in 2005 and MS (OB-GYN) in 2012 from prestigious medical school. After MBBS and MS Prof. Deep continued his postgraduate education and completed Master Certificate in Infertility & Reproductive Medicine (complete one year program) from Bangalore, India. Prof Dr. Deep is an American Board Certified- Cosmetic Gynecologic Surgeon. He did fellowship in gynecologic oncology and laparoscopy surgery from Asan Medical Center, South Korea, Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS) from AIIMS New Delhi, Advanced Infertility & Test Tube Baby clinical training course from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital New Delhi, FIGO-Obstetric Fistula Surgery Fellowship from CCBRT, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Prof. Dr. Jagat P Deep, the founder and Medical Director of Birgunj Om Hospital Pvt Ltd is a pioneer in the field of Obstetrics-Gynecology, Minimal Invasive Surgery in Gynecology & Assisted Reproduction in Nepal. Across his distinguished clinical and research career in Laparoscopy surgery and Reproductive Medicine, Prof. Dr. Deep specialized in Advanced Laparoscopy surgery and Assisted Reproductive Technology. Among his early contribution to the filed is the establishment of Nepal first Single Port Laparoscopy Surgery in gynecology and Selective Embryo Reduction without feticide drugs in ART.

Across a clinical and research career spanning more than a decade, Prof. Dr. Jagat Deep has published more than 20 research articles SCI and non-SCI international & national journals, participated, and presented his research in different conferences, seminars and workshops. Prof. Dr . Deep is an Editorial Board Member at EC Gynaecology (ECGY) international peer-reviewed journal, Glasgow, UK, Peer Reviewer at Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology and peer reviewer at Dove Medical Press, Auckland, New Zealand. Prof. Deep taught and trained many of MBBS and MD students of TU Nepal and has served as a beacon of hope to thousands of patients.

Prof. Deep is well known for his new scientific ideas and thorough approach, Dr. Deep gives personal care too each couple or individual and create a placid environment for deeper understanding of the causes of infertility. Taking adequate time to explain what, how and whys of infertility all along with his pleasant personality, Dr. Deep counselling gives reason for couples to believe in themselves and move towards successful treatment with hope and faith. His treatment approaches benefit the personal values, emotional status and financial situation of the couples reaching out for infertility remedies. He is highly regarded for the qualities of being informative, caring, dedicated and devotion toward infertile couples.

Prof. Dr. Jagat P Deep honored Young Gynaecologist Fellowship Award from APAGE after presenting his research entitles The Effect of Embryo Transfer on IVF Treatment: Comparing the Trans-vaginal versus Transabdominal Ultrasound Approach at annual meeting of APAGE on Nov 2012 Pattaya, Thailand sponsored by Karl Storz German.
